Economic Space Agency's organization is a scale model of the architecture it builds: the org's genesis rehearses the token Genesis, and its internal stabilization rehearses the bridge.
There is no "Economic Space Agency, Inc.," by design. The stewards coordinate through the substrate itself. The organization lives on Friend FS as a capability grant-graph. Its books are shared mirror-accounting journals; every entry hits two members' books at once. Its contribution cycle runs the aspire, predict, perform, evaluate loop the protocol specifies, with commitments priced on the org's own aspiration curve.
The pattern is fractal. The org's genesis is one signed document: members, initial capability grants, initial stake reflecting past contributions, first open offers. Structurally it is the identical move to the token's Genesis under SAFT §10: a founding state is recommended, and the members adopt it. The org's stabilization function, internal market-making between its stake and its credit, is the bridge in miniature: the membrane that will let capital value the network without governing it, first operated at the scale of a working group. An LLM equipped with the org's skills and journals is already a primitive economic harness; the organization's self-operation and the product converge.
The rehearsal, it turns out, is constitution. The organization being built on Friend FS is the utility-credit-side organization of the bridge in genesis: the same body that will initially govern the substrate's credit issuance. Its stabilization function does not imitate the bridge — it grows into the bridge's utility-side counterparty function. The scale model graduates into one of the architecture's two principals.
This is the existence proof, run small. The claim that a utility-network can operate itself, meter its own contribution, and govern by its own books is not asserted in a deck — it is demonstrated in the stewards' daily operation, producing real numbers a diligence process can inspect. Maturity, plainly: Layer 0 is built and running with first members aboard; the enforcement phases are staged deliberately, adopted as the journals earn their history. The organization is the protocol's first user, and its first proof.
