The redemption floor is non-reflexive by construction: issuance follows demand for the token, convertibility follows the real uECSA reserve, and capital inflow cannot lift the floor.
The design decouples two prices on purpose. The issuance price rises along a bonding curve in token supply. New tokens are minted only when capital arrives wanting them, in rule-bound epochs that step like a staircase, with the secondary market discovering price between the steps. No demand means no issuance. The convertibility value moves on entirely different fuel: each token converts to a pro-rata share of the real uECSA reserve, adjusted by a reserve-health factor. The reserve fills only when economic spaces produce actual utility and agents sell it to the bridge.
The consequence is the opposite of the reflexive token designs this mechanism is often mistaken for. Minting more tokens dilutes the backing unless real utility grows the reserve. Capital inflow, by itself, cannot lift the floor. The flywheel's engine is utility production: utility produced, reserve grows, floor per token rises, the claim strengthens, more capital funds more utility. The bridge manufactures no redemption value. The market price of the token may speculate, as any traded asset's price does, but the floor beneath it moves only on real use.
The honest residuals belong in the open. The token is fractionally backed by design, with a target reserve ratio near 0.25, so most of its market value is expectation, and expectation is sentiment-exposed. The reserve depends on a steady population of sellers with reasons to want capital: stewards paying for audits, legal work, and hosting; spaces procuring capital-side resources; contributors seeking liquidity against earned utility. The health factor pays late redeemers less under stress, a run protection with a fairness cost. And the current parameters are illustrative: the mechanism is computationally formalized and simulation-verified, and its calibration is active research. The architecture is the claim; the calibration is the work.
