Fund the commons with capital that can't colonize it

The bridge lets capital finance public-goods networks while remaining structurally unable to impose profit logic on what it funds: capital in, utility out, and no path by which the funder's grammar becomes the funded network's law.

The public-goods funding problem, stated as architecture: the impact is real but denominated in someone else's unit. Grants are episodic and extractive of narrative (the commons spends itself reporting in the funder's grammar); venture capital funds only what can be converted to profit, and converts what it funds. Every existing channel makes the commons legible to capital by making it less itself.

The mechanism answer: capital enters through the bridge by buying the token; all primary proceeds are committed to the network in exchange for utility credits; the network's spaces author their own impact units — carbon sequestered, care sustained, knowledge grown — and meter them natively. The structural guarantees do the work the grant officer's good intentions used to attempt: the transferability property means utility credits cannot leak to capital markets and be re-collapsed into price; the two-DAO membrane means token holders vote on the bridge agreement and on nothing inside any space; accountability flows through valuation, never through control. Capital can fund the commons, value the commons, and profit from the commons' growth. It cannot program the commons.

This is the d/Acc lane: a commons-funding membrane, in the register of the decentralized-defensive-acceleration conversation — funding mechanisms whose safety is structural rather than promised. For regen and public-goods networks it means becoming fundable without conversion: the impact unit stays the impact unit.

Honesty: this is structure-in-principle. The mechanism is formalized and simulation-verified; the first commons spaces operating through it are what turn the principle into precedent, and they do not exist yet. The page describes what the architecture guarantees, not what has been demonstrated.
