What a design partnership means here: not a logo exchange. A partner co-designs a real economic space — its units, metrics, and surplus definition — operates it with real participants, and produces the numbers a diligence process can inspect. In return the partner gets the protocol shaped around a live case rather than an abstraction, and first-mover position in authoring its own economic grammar.
